The Pastorate, together with the Global Faculty Initiative, will be hosting a series of lunchtime conversations on Justice, Scholarship & the Academy, a chance to think through the questions of justice which arise within your discipline; to explore what a biblical and theological consideration of justice might involve; and to consider how the demands of justice might shape your research and academic life.

The group will read a Theology Brief on Justice by Nicholas Wolterstorff (former Harvard Professor & world leading philosopher), together with a selection of short disciplinary responses from professors from a range of disciplines and global contexts. A podcast and study guide are also available to help you explore further.

We’ll discuss our three key questions over lunch on: 2^nd February, 16^th February, 1^st March at the Weston Library from 12.30 pm with a free lunch provided.
